Our Quality Department:
We have a qualified and dedicated Quality Assurance Department divided into 3 sub-divisions –
- Incoming Inspection for Raw Material, Dies & tools, Plating Materials etc.
- In-Process Inspection and
- Final Inspection
Apart, We have a separate Pre-dispatch Inspection team which checks each and every part before forwarding for packing and dispatch to ensure zero-defect supply always.
We maintain all the relevant reports & records related to quality standards as per ISO and as per customer requirements which helps us in maintaining HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS and do periodical analysis of these reports to improve our Standards and Efficiencies.

Quality Assurance
- Our achievements depend on complete customer satisfaction attained through the delivery of supreme quality Fasteners. Particular attention is given to high quality of our fasteners w.r.t the exact dimensions, exact RM type, Hardness levels and finish type.
- We not only have specialization in bringing forth standard fasteners as per the international specifications (AS/NZS, ISO, DIN, BS, IFI, ASTM, ANSI/ASME, KS & JIS, in Grade A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, A4-80 & 2, 5, 8, 10 and Class 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9), but are also adroit in designing products in accordance with drawing and requirements mentioned by customers.
- We only use the best grade MS, Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Alloy steel or other special materials to manufacture the diversified range of our Fasteners and all the products are subsequently surface finished of Zinc Trivalent (ROHS Complaint) in Yellow, Blue or White, Zinc Hexavalant, Black, Hot Dip Galvanising, Dacromet, Black Organic Coatings and other special finishes.
